Coombabah Trail Run – Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes life happens. As a small community event, we do our best to keep things fair and affordable for everyone, while keeping the event sustainable for future runs.

1. Participant Cancellations

  • Up to 14 days before the event: Full refund (minus a processing fee).
  • Within 7–13 days of the event: 50% refund or a free transfer to the next Coombabah Trail Run.
  • Within 7 days of the event: Unfortunately, no refunds are available, as event supplies and permits are already finalized.

2. Postponement or Cancellation Due to Weather or Safety Conditions

If the event is postponed due to weather or safety reasons, all entries will automatically be transferred to the new date. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued, as this is something outside our control and event expenses have already been incurred.

3. Full Cancellation (No New Date)

If the event is completely cancelled with no new date scheduled, a full refund will be issued to all paid participants.

4. No-Shows

No refunds or transfers will be given for non-attendance on race day.
